Station 1 Print this page When the Clay Township Fire Department was started in 1948, they housed the vehicles at the high school. In 1949 the school corporation informed Clay Township that they would no longer be able to house apparatus in the school. In 1949 a station was built at 18776 Cleveland Rd, and the station was used till 2001 when a new station was built. The new station has 6 apparatus bays, and a wash bay. Housed here are Squad 241, Battalion 2, Truck 291 and reserve Engine 249. New Station 1
